Ed Francis  has extensive experience of working with people in a Customer facing, hands-on business environment.

He has worked for small, medium and large business organizations spanning light engineering and manufacturing, through independent systems vendors, to global computer systems manufacturing, selling and support.

More recently, he has specialised in Customer and Supplier performance measurement and improvement programmes – working with Financial,
Retail and IT business organizations in UK, Europe and North America.

Kate Francis  has extensive experience in business, project, programme and people management, all within the IT and Telecommunications industries.

Kate's senior management experience has been gained in a Customer facing environment with the UK's largest telecommunications services Company.

In recent years she has operated at Board level within that organisation and with major Customer businesses and projects.Of particular note has been her achievement of high levels of Customer and employee satisfaction through her very successful management of leading edge product development and delivery programmes; large-scale,business critical implementation projects and account management.
