BASIC FACILITATION SKILLS
Businesses today are increasingly turning to facilitated workshops in place of "meetings" to develop and implement business plans and improve decision making quality. This workshop introduces the role of the facilitator within structured workshops and reviews the basic facilitation skills required.
Participants will benefit from understanding the advantages of facilitated workshops over more conventional meetings, and the role of the facilitator.
