CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MEASUREMENT AND IMPROVEMENT
In today's highly competitive business environment, it is more essential than ever before that suppliers continuously meet or exceed their Customers' expectations.
This workshop presents a generic Customer satisfaction measurement and improvement model and reviews some optional approaches available to a supplier in its practical implementation.

This workshop focuses on some key problem solving techniques, especially for teams/work groups.
Participants will be given a problem solving framework and learn how some of the following key techniques can be applied within this:-

BASIC FACILITATION SKILLS

Businesses today are increasingly turning to facilitated workshops in place of "meetings" to develop and implement business plans and improve decision making quality.
This workshop introduces the role of the facilitator within structured workshops and reviews the basic facilitation skills required.

Participants will benefit from understanding the advantages of facilitated workshops over more conventional meetings, and the role of the facilitator.
They will learn the importance of preparation for the workshop,particularly in terms of :-
